Journey Practitioners

Therapists working with The Journey method are called Journey Practitioners. To become a practitioner, one must complete the entire Practitioners Program – a seven-course training series with Brandon Bays and Kevin Billett. Passing the program and getting a practitioner certification indicates that the therapist has completed the required training and is accredited to offer their services under The Journey brand.

Throughout the practitioner’s program, prospective practitioners will acquire comprehensive knowledge and methodology for working with clients and for all sorts of issues in life.

The curriculum is deeply experiential and is mainly learned through the comprehensive healing of one’s life. It is our firm belief that only those who have solved their bottlenecks and acquired practical skills can help others.

Receptions in Tartu, Tallinn, online.

No painful experience, illness or difficult situation has come into our lives as suffering or punishment, but as an invitation to recognize and release that which has time to go. In the light of this realization, I am extremely grateful that the Journey came into my life in 2014.

I have been working as a Rännak practitioner since 2008. I guide trips for both adults and children.

I am still curious and have improved my knowledge of different body-soul-mind practices. I am interested in integrity, balance and possible simplicity. One method that I have continued to use out of many different ones is NPA (Non-Personal Awareness). A very simple and effective method.

I can recommend the trip to those who are just starting to get to know their inner landscapes – the layers of emotions and feelings hidden within themselves, as well as to those who have knowledge of working with the inner world and have a desire to deeply deal with a problem that has bothered them for a long time in order to find a solution to it. The journey is a good and comprehensive method for this.

My desire is to help you find your purpose in life, to help you clear all negative beliefs about any subject, and to bring you in touch with your true nature and potential. Over the past 6 years I have done thousands of Journeys (from children to adults) and I am still amazed at the simplicity and impact of this methodology.

Going through emotionally difficult times myself in 2014, it became clear to me that it is not possible to continue like this. That picking up other people’s filth, negativity and malice literally kills me. That’s how I found Rännak.

Which in the first three days of the intensive seminar gave such a powerful result that it was hard to believe.

I remember the saying “Always think of others!” from my childhood. This saying has haunted me, as a silent companion, all my life and made me think more about others than myself. Until finally our own needs lost importance… In addition, all the roles we carry on a daily basis – woman/man, husband, colleague, mother/father, friend, child, etc. Involuntarily, the question arises, who am I really, without these roles?

I have a heartfelt desire to bring goodness to the world, to help people find clarity within themselves to live a deeply happy and fulfilling life.

I came to the Journey Method in 2020, and from the very first session I felt that it was something I wanted to offer to others. Since then, I have experienced amazing, sometimes unbelievable changes and healings in myself and seen them in others.

Who am i? Above all, I am a joyful soul who wishes with all my heart that all people rediscover their childlike joy and live it every day.

But in order to fully experience joy, we sometimes need to feel sadness. The journey is the great method that teaches us to feel all emotions and thereby release them. When sadness comes, we experience sadness. When anger comes, we experience it too. And if we allow ourselves to experience them, they can fully surface and leave. There is no need to get stuck in them, because if we allow them, they will leave. Often in seconds. And so it is with all emotions.

I study the importance of self-awareness in shaping the future. Rännak has a very effective set of psychological tools to become aware and free from unconscious guides and filters, to lead your own life – this freedom is available to everyone.

My first encounter with the Journey occurred nearly seven years ago, when I stumbled half-randomly on the Book of the Journey in the library. It spoke to me so deeply that I wanted to learn more about its author (and the founder of the Journey) Brandon Bays. A quick Google search led me to discover that he is coming to Estonia in a few months to give a seminar. Despite the hindering circumstances, I managed to go there. During the three seminar days I experienced healing from childhood pain, total fall of ego walls, boundless freedom and unconditional love.
